A RESILIÊNCIA e a AÇÃO DOCENTE

RESUMO: Compreendendo o significado do desenvolvimento humano e criando condições para o aprimoramento e identificação da própria identidade humana na sua totalidade (bio-psíquica-social-espiritual). Objetivo: Essa pesquisa visa demonstrar a melhoria nas ações pedagógicas no ambiente de sala de aula com o desenvolvimento da resiliência. Este artigo, com base na metodologia qualitativa, dentro de uma abordagem fenomenológica, do conhecimento interdisciplinar, estrutura-se em algumas disciplinas, principalmente pela Física Moderna, pela Psicologia Humanista e Analítica, pela Antropologia e pela Filosofia. As obras compiladas, conforme as Referências Bibliográficas levou-me a compreender a relação singular e congruente de muitos constructos criados por alguns pensadores. Embora seja difícil avaliar, descrever completamente o que pensam os pensadores num trabalho preliminar, compreender a importância dessa relação, abre caminho para outros articulistas e pensadores. O trabalho desenvolvido por eles ‘acenam’ com a possibilidade de uma prática pedagógica ínsita praticamente em toda sala de aula. Espiritualidade é outra singularidade no trabalho desses autores. É fato, tanto nas linhas quanto nas entrelinhas, a reflexão com alunos, através da qual eles trabalham o desenvolvimento da religiosidade, pois na medida em que ocorre o encontro consigo mesmo, o ser humano sente a necessidade de se religar a uma Causa Criadora do Cosmos, num trabalho ético. Utilizamos uma abordagem qualitativa. Nessa pesquisa, as áreas de atuação para efeito de investigação é a Educação e os fenômenos humanos.

ABSTRACT: Understanding the meaning of human development and creating conditions for the improvement and identification of human identity in its entirety (bio-psychic-social-spiritual). Objective: This research aims to demonstrate the improvement in pedagogical actions in the classroom environment with the development of resilience. This article, based on the qualitative methodology, within a phenomenological approach, of interdisciplinary knowledge, is structured in some disciplines, mainly by Modern Physics, Humanistic and Analytical Psychology, Anthropology and Philosophy. The works compiled according to the Bibliographical References led me to understand the singular and congruent relation of many constructs created by some thinkers. Although it is difficult to evaluate, to describe fully what thinkers think in preliminary work, to understand the importance of this relationship, it opens the way for other writers and thinkers. Their work 'beckons' with the possibility of a pedagogical practice embedded practically in every classroom. Spirituality is another singularity in the work of these authors. It is a fact, both in the lines and in between the lines, reflection with students, through which they work the development of religiosity, because as the encounter occurs with itself, the human being feels the need to reconnect to a Creative Cause of the Cosmos, in an ethical work. We use a qualitative approach. In this research, the areas of action for research purposes are Education and human phenomena.
